HEALTHY MASTERCHEF 2.0
UMP GAMBANG, March 4, 2017 - Healthy Masterchef 2.0 program aims to educate UMP staff on healthy nutrition as a top choice in daily diet. Additionally, this project gives students an awareness that healthy eating is very easy to practice. The program was held on 4 March 2017 at the Astaka University Malaysia Pahang in conjunction with the Women's Day Celebration at Universiti Malaysia Pahang. The response from the audience also encouraged that day to be 172 students. A total of 24 people or 12 groups had been screened on 21 February 2017 at Block W Universiti Malaysia Pahang. A total of 16 people or 8 groups have been selected for the final round held on 4 March 2017.
Participants are asked to prepare themed breakfast and dessert dishes for 2 people. A variety of equipment has been provided to participants such as blender machines, pots, pans, plates, bowls and cookers. Participants have provided an interesting menu and are well-balanced with balanced diet such as brown rice rice and mixed salads.
